Kollei is originally from Sumeru, but few people know about her life before coming to Gandharva, and she herself does not talk about her past.

Personality

Initially, Kollei is depicted as a cold, closed girl, but the longer she is in Mondstadt, the happier and more open she becomes, which helps her get rid of the evil forces inside her.

Appearance

Kollei is a pale girl with short light green hair and bright purple eyes, and is slightly shorter than Amber (the difference in height is 10 centimeters). When she first appeared, she was dressed in rags gray with age, and there were bandages on her face and hands that only opened her eyes, mouth, and hands. She then walks around in Amber’s old clothes. However, when the victim of the experiment gets rid of the evil forces, she throws off the bandages and “dresses” in a black shirt, a beige bag, and a black cloak over them. On her feet she wears black shorts and boots almost to her knees, and instead of a belt she has a patterned handkerchief in yellow and green. She also wears a hat with fur on the inside.

Collea’s Passive Talents

Passive Talent 1. Sumeru flying champion	Reduces the active character’s stamina consumption while flying by 20%. Does not stack with passive talents that provide the exact same effects.
Passive Talent 2. The return of flowers	Your character, who before the return of the Flower Ring caused Burning, Stimulation, Aggravation, Growth, Budding, Vegetation or Bloom, upon his return will receive a Sprout. While active, nearby enemies will take ongoing Dendro damage equal to 40% of Collea’s attack power. The effect lasts 3 seconds. When the Sprout is activated again, the existing effect is removed.
Passive Talent 3. Silent thicket	When a character in the Kuilein-Anbar zone activates the Burn, Stimulate, Sharpen, Grow, Bud, Vegetate, and Bloom reactions, the zone’s duration is increased by 1 second. The duration of the same Cat Treasure can be increased up to 3 times in this way.

The effect lasts 3 seconds. If your party character causes Burn, Stimulate, Sharpen, Grow, Bud, Vegetate, or Bloom before the end of the current Sprout, the Sprout’s effect will last for 3 seconds. You can only extend the effect of the Sprout in this way once. When the Sprout is activated again, the current effect is removed. Requires unlocking the Return of Flowers passive talent.
